Helene Couvrette, a certified yoga teacher, registered with Yoga Alliance since ‘03 and teaching since ‘99, is also a wife & mom of 4 (between the ages of 4 - 18!).

Her passion for yoga & all that brings fitness, health & wellness of mind, body & spirit to the young & the not-so-young, fuelled by the desire “to touch as many people, in as positive a way as possible” has led her to this path.

H-OM’s special recipe is not a gym, club, or spa, not a machine but a cozy space where warmth, compassion & open-mindedness is injected into all it offers.

At H-OM you will find a staff that is not only qualified on paper but in heart & soul.

The studio schedule is packed with classes which include Yoga for Beginners, Experienced, Prenatal, Seniors, Kids, Men Only & Family (mom &/or dad with kids).

Then there is Meditation, Pilates, Cardio, Tai Chi, Aerobics, Hip Hop, Kickboxing, as well as “Dance for Fun” classes such as “African Spirit Groove”.

The Center also has equipped itself to offer Gymnastics on Floor, Beam & Bars for Tots - 8 year olds.

The beauty to the “H-OM way” is in its flexible payment system & “come as you can plan”. Weather you Register, Buy Ticket Packages, or come on a Drop-In Basis, you are free to hop around the schedule depending on your schedule. You are not locked into a class & can Make-Up in any other class as your lifestyle sees fit. Leaving you with the satisfaction that you got what you paid for.

H-OMs 2 Wellness Rooms also for mind, body & spirit, offer a wide variety of Massage Therapy including Swedish, Shiatsu, Thai, Prenatal, Therapeutic, Relaxation, & Reflexology.

H-OM Wellness rooms also offer Osteopathy, Naturopathy, Psychotherapy, Grief counselling, Life Coach, Nutritionist, Pedicures & Manicures, Reiki, & even Tarot Readings & Classes.
