Helene is a certified yoga therapist with IAYT (International Association of Yoga Therapists). With over 22 years experience Helene specializes and is certified in Pain Care Yoga and Trauma Informed Yoga Therapy, and yoga education.
Founder of H~OM Yoga Center/School (since 2007), Helene teaches group classes, offers private one-on-one yoga therapy sessions and offers Yoga Alliance registered 200hr yoga teacher training and 300hr advanced yoga training programs. www.homyogacenter.com
Most notably she is the director and lead educator of H~OM TYES (Therapeutic Yoga Education School) an 800 hour Yoga Therapy Program accredited by IAYT (International Association of Yoga Therapists). This program is one of only 7 IAYT programs in all of Canada. https://www.iayt.org/page/AccrdPrgms
